This, high quality, sensitive development in a seaside town was difficult to show “in all it’s glory” as it is in a narrow street with existing tall buildings all around.
The illustration for the proposed scheme, ‘cheats’ slightly as in truth, it would be almost impossible to obtain this, ground level, view which would be obscured by the buildings opposite.
The illustration was used for the planning and marketing of the scheme which went ahead un-challenged.
Stakeholders were able to see that the scheme was in keeping with the area whilst providing valuable new accommodation.
